Season 3, Episode 7: 09/09/09...

I heard someone saying, "Why do we need to celebrate 09/09/09? If you say it is special, then what about other days? All days in our life is special already and everyday comes once in a lifetime." I agree to what he/she had said but only to a certain extent. It is true that every ticking time is special and a gift, and writes our life's story. But sometimes, it is the little thing, like the extraordinary 09/09/09 that could make life more interesting.

I recalled my experiences on the 07.07.07 and the 08.08.08. 07.07.07 was the date the New 7 Wonders of the World were announced- and i'm glad i had voted, while 08.08.08 was the official opening ceremony date for the Olympic Games which was held in Beijing, China. The show was spectacular, i remember.

09/09/09 was not any less interesting. My friends and i celebrated quietly, in our Differential Equations class, when the clock hit 09.09.09am. Childish, you may say, but it was comical yet fun- at least we were more awake that time, and we ushered in the amazing date.

Lunch with the group to celebrate!

After our Academic Writing class, my friends decided to head out to have lunch. Into the car, we drove to near Pusing.

After the lunch, it was back to routine- assignments and projects. However, the day was memorable and amazing altogether. Like i said, sometimes, these little things will add spice to your life, making life worth living. 09/09/09 came and went.

It will only come once in a lifetime, and i'm truly happy that i enjoyed the day. wc09 wishes you Happy 09/09/09 and he hopes your day was, if not better, like his.
